Almost a decade ago, I trained as a yoga teacher, combining my love of movement with my physiotherapy expertise. After years of building communities in studio spaces, I have chosen to offer sporadic sessions in special spaces around the city, collaborating with WA Museum Boola Bardip and the Art Gallery of WA to offer yoga events from time to time.

My yoga offerings include intelligent anatomical and energetic sequencing, coupled with traditional stories and modern neuroscience to bring a holistic offering for mind, body & spirit. Yoga offerings are always advertised on my instagram, follow me to stay in the loop.

I hold certifications in multiple styles of meditation, having been awarded a Certificate in Clinical Mindfulness (University of Melbourne) and transcending style mantra-based practices. I offer learn to meditate courses, along with introductory workshops that make meditation a real world, accessible practice. 

For years, I thought I was too busy to meditate, both in mind and schedule! When offering meditation instruction, I break down the neuroscience, the spirituality and the real day to day experience of meditation in a practical way, leaving you with the tools to achieve peace and ease anywhere, anytime.

I have meditation recordings that you can experience on Insight timer or via instagram where I went live during each WA lockdown to offer comfort to the community through meditation. You can also enjoy audio guidance from me while you float at Clearmind Studio.

Recently I added breathwork qualifications to my repertoire, the style of breathwork I offer draws on yogic lineage and modern neuroscience to provide a tool for nervous system regulation and overall health & wellbeing.
